The Old is New Again

When perusing old backup drive and previous versions of websites (when they were hard to just “throw together”) I found some fun JPGs. The above image contains some Polaroid transfer photography, which I was big into in the late 1990s. After transferring the images onto watercolor paper, I would paint on the images. Many times the sky had dropped out, so that is the first thing that needed to be painted in. An extreme version is below, of the English cottage, before and after.

I also hand painted furniture I found for a song at auctions or flea markets.
