Cisco Live 2025

I must have reviewed at least 400 presentations, mainly breakout sessions for CL25 in San Diego. Some decks I must have seen 3-4 times. They range from 25 slides to sometimes 500+ slides for the Sunday all-day tech sessions. The bane in our sides were two ‘pops of color’. The words ‘orange’ or ‘magenta’ must be spoken in whispered tones. Corporate creatives: take note of trademarked colors!

It takes a lot of hours to work pre-pro and onsite, but two highlights were visiting a fav tiki bar called False Idol, and also a speakeasy called Noble Experiment. I must say I enjoy going to San Diego, seeing my Decca Design team in person, and visiting with local friends.
